B3 creates reports to manage CCBs used as collateral in FIDCs, optimizing trades and reducing back-office demand.
FIDC-linked CCB reports will be generated and made available via file in the fund administrator's mailbox. The report must contain the following data: fund account number; Corporate Taxpayer Register (CNPJ) of the fund; participant's corporate name; calculation date; total number of debtors; percentage of concentration by the most representative debtor; percentage of concentration by the five most representative debtors; percentage of concentration of corporate debtors; percentage of concentration of individual debtors; average quantity of instruments; average instrument price; average instrument term (in days); percentage of instruments with linked collateral; percentage of instruments with default status; IPCA index percentage; VCP index percentage; percentage of fixed index (interest rate); and percentage of DI Rate index.
The Receivables Investment Fund (FIDC) is a pool of funds that allocates 50%+ of its respective net worth for investments in receivables. It is up to the administrator to set up the fund and carry out the fundraising process with investors through the sale of shares.
