New improvement facilitates issuance of Agribusiness Credit Rights Certificate (CDCA)

When issuing and registering the Agribusiness Credit Rights Certificate (CDCA) at B3, you now may choose the digital/electronic process. This new improvement meets market demand and aims to further simplify funding processes for Brazilian agribusiness.

The new feature is already available for other assets on the NoMe platform and for the CDCA it is expected to come into effect shortly. To launch it, we are updating the system's screen and file functionalities including a field to identify electronic issuance of CDCA.

The Agribusiness Credit Rights Certificate (CDCA) is a freely traded nominative credit instrument that represents the promise of cash payment linked to credit rights originating from trades between rural producers (and their associations) and third parties, including financing and loans. The asset can also be used as collateral for transactions with other instruments, such as the Agribusiness Credit Bill (LCA).
