B3 Clearinghouse will soon begin to accept Real Estate Investment Funds (FIIs) shares as collateral for asset buy and sell trades. This measure aims to increase efficiency in capital allocation and expand the collateral options available to participants. Furthermore, investors will also be able to offset margins between assets with the same risk factor, which may reduce the total collateral requirement. The project contributes to the growth of the FII market and provides greater flexibility to investors.
