B3 now makes available information on investors’ uninterrupted balance.

B3 has enhanced its processes and will now make information available to registrars on the lowest investors’ position in its Central Depository in the last 90 days. This will help prove the shareholders’ uninterrupted balance during that period. Evidence is required by regulation for remote voting at shareholders’ meetings with separate elections.

The information will be provided on the sixth day (T-6) before the meeting and does not include data on assets deposited in the book-entry system.

Accordingly, it has information that may help the underwriter validate shareholders’ uninterrupted balance in the 90-day period.
