The main benefit of a broker dealer lending account is to connect different market players. This account enables brokerage houses to automatically find assets for their different individual clients and generate attractive lending contracts for potential borrowers.
The use of this functionality is restricted to Full Trading Participants (PNPs) and the initiative will enable the transfer of these transactions to Settlement Participants (PLs).

The new structure will expand the use of broker dealer accounts to meet the demand of clients who do not have access to lending products due to a specific authorization configuration under regulation.

Products such as Stocks, Units, Sponsored and Unsponsored Brazilian Depositary Receipts (BDRs) and Investment Fund Shares admitted to trading at B3 (underlying assets).
