B3 facilitates compliance with the information regime of listed companies and BDR programs admitted to trading.

CVM Resolution 59/21 published by the Brazilian Securities & Exchange Commission (CVM) has brought about many innovations.

Therefore, B3 will improve the Reference Form (FRe) considering new information to be provided, notably regarding ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance) aspects. Furthermore, the FRe will be completed and delivered online as the other forms structured throughout 2021 (ITR – Quarterly Information, FCa – Registration Form and DFP – Standardized Financial Statements).

Additionally, we will make available to the market an API for posting unstructured data.

Empresas.Net is a system provided by CVM and B3 for publicly-held companies and financial institutions responsible for BDR programs to comply with CVM instructions and B3 rules regarding the information regime provided for by these issuers.

The Reference Form (FRe) is a structured document provided for in the information regime of publicly-held companies established by CVM and which gathers a wealth of information about private securities issuers, such as activities, risk factors, management, capital structure, financial data, comments from the administrators on those data, issued securities and stakeholder transactions.
