Soon, opening auctions of U.S. Dollar Futures Contract (DOL) and Mini U.S. Dollar Futures Contract (WDO) will take place in a synchronized manner at B3. The change will solve existing challenges faced by the market, providing greater efficiency and predictability in trades.

The measure will eliminate price discrepancies caused by the lack of synchronicity in product auctions.

Synchronization of opening auctions aims to reduce price discrepancies, increase market efficiency and offer greater predictability to investors.

DOL and WDO opening auctions will take place in a synchronized manner, starting at 8:55 a.m. They will also close at the same time, between 9:00 a.m. and 9:01 a.m., with no possibility of extensions.

A implementação da funcionalidade ocorrerá em 3 fases:
24/11/2025 - Sincronização somente do 2º vencimento dos contratos Futuros de Dólar (DOL e WDO);
01/12/2025 - Sincronização do 1º e 2º vencimento dos contratos Futuros de Dólar (DOL e WDO)
08/12/2025 - Sincronização de todos os vencimentos dos contratos Futuros de Dólar, também estendido aos contratos Futuros de Ibovespa e S&P 500.
