Market Data B3 is a data service that sends real-time trading data to any part of the world on the Brazilian stock exchange and news about the stock and derivatives market.

Following the evolution of the data market, B3 reviewed its Market Data Commercial Policy in line with the best practices including those used internationally. The goal is to bring efficiency and simplify the rules for distributing data. The adjustments will be made in phases to assess and deal with the impacts of each phase on the market. We will now deliver Phase 1.

New B3 Market Data Commercial Policy

The review will align the policy with Brazilian and international best practices.

In Phase 1 of the Market Data Commercial Policy review, low-impact adjustments are being made to variable fees for non-professional users, i.e., those who use the data for their own consumption and not for commercialization purposes. Thus, simplifying fees and adopting differentiated price levels by segment and order book depth. Among the Phase 1 changes are:

- Exclusion of the disclosure service on open Market Data websites in real time without access control.

- Adjustments to the securities lending Market Data distribution policy and the Market Data demonstration rule.

- Formalization of price adjustment in U.S. Dollars described in the policy using the Consumer Price Index (CPI).

- Equalization of Small Media prices between Participants and Other Institutions

B3 Market Data is a data service that provides data and news that can be distributed by B3’s partners or consumed by stakeholders in real time right after the disclosure of data by the Exchange’s internal areas. The following are key data that may be accessed via B3 Market Data service:

- Quotations for equities traded on the cash, forward and options markets including stocks, BDRs, ETFs, listed funds, etc and also corporate fixed income.

- Quotations from the financial and commodity derivatives markets, FX (spot U.S. Dollar).

- Data relating to securities lending.

- Indices (Ibovespa, IBrX 50, IBrX 100, etc).

- News about the market and companies listed on B3 related to derivatives markets.
