· Agribusiness Receivables Certificate (CRA)

· Closed-End Fund Shares

 

 

· Entry of new data in the registration of the above assets

· Availability of queries to help public offering intermediaries to observe the trading restrictions defined by the new rule

 

Provides for public offering of primary or secondary distribution of securities and for the trading of securities offered on regulated markets, and revokes CVM Instruction No. 400, dated December 29, 2003, CVM Instruction No. 471, dated August 8, 2008, CVM Instruction No. 476, dated January 16, 2009, CVM Instruction No. 530, dated November 22, 2012, and CVM Resolution No. 476, dated January 25, 2005, CVM Resolution No. 533, dated January 29, 2008, CVM Resolution No. 809 , dated February 19, 2019, CVM Resolution No. 818, dated April 30, 2019 and CVM Resolution No. 850, dated April 7, 2020.
