As part of the continuous improvements made to its tools, B3 has implemented an update package to enhance the user experience in its SINCAD (Listed) and NoMe (OTC) systems. This is essential to ensure the smooth operation of trades in these markets.

• Adjustment of the “Partially Suspended” status: External participants may use this status when the reason is a lack of registration update. Pursuant to CVM Circular Letter 01, accounts that do not comply with the minimum required data will be automatically classified as Partially Suspended for lack of registration updates. In these cases, the participant may deactivate or reactivate the account by completing the pending data, either via screen or via file.

• Investor registration API – “Centrally-Cleared Derivatives”: Evolution of the unified registration API to include centrally-cleared derivatives, allowing the registration of non-resident individual investors and corporations.

• PEP field: This field will no longer be a basic piece of data, with the responsibility for its completion passing to each participant, according to their relationship with their investors.
