B3 will prioritize a front for the electronification of the functionality that will allow changes to Swap contracts and then its confirmation by B3, both via system.

Currently, the modification of Swap contracts involves sending a physical letter and its operationalization can only be done by B3 users.

B3 has segmented the project into phases to prioritize implementations with the highest recurrence of information requests.

The change will be allowed from T+4 of the contract registration to T-4 of the expiration date and is valid for the "Final Payment" type of contract. Within this period, it is necessary to complete the justification for the modification pending approval from B3.
