New B3 Clearing platform offers cloud technology innovation, microservices and advanced interfaces.

The NRTC is an evolution of the current platform and aims to bring the best CCP technologies to the Brazilian market, featuring a modular architecture, horizontal scalability, and cloud development, to enhance availability, flexibility, and productivity.

In addition to technological improvements, the new platform will also offer:

  • Reduction in the time required for cyclical risk calculation.
  • Updated screens with improved usability.
  • New intraday risk queries.
  • New additional margin query.

B3 and Nasdaq have formed a partnership to develop a new clearing platform for the Brazilian stock exchange. The structure is responsible for the registration, clearing, settlement, and counterparty risk management of transactions executed in the financial markets. This partnership includes a Modernization Program to develop customizations using B3's agile methodology and Nasdaq's resources. In addition, the parties will form a partnership to co-develop the new software product (NRTC), utilizing an agile approach and B3's expertise..
