Aiming to optimize the user experience even further, B3 will improve communications made through Circular Letters and External Communications that are used to disclose updates on systems, processes, programs, products, services, and regulations at B3.

The improvements include a new document layout, besides simpler and more objective wording. Another new feature is the addition of filters that simplify the search on the Official Letters and External Communications webpage. This can be done by segment – Listed, OTC, Financing Unit, FX Clearinghouse – market infrastructure, or subject, such as data and trading, among others.

Users will also be able to choose the types of content they wish to receive in their email, by segmenting the topics that are most important to their business.

The changes will bring greater transparency, operational efficiency and simplicity to market participants’ daily routines.

Email segmentation: You can choose which communications you wish to receive. Segmentation will be done by Listed, OTC, Financing Unit (UIF) and FX Clearinghouse.
Improved experience on the Circular Letters and External Communications webpage: Content tags and new filters added to facilitate search for information by segment (Listed, OTC, UIF, FX Clearinghouse), market infrastructure, document validity (current or revoked), type (Circular Letter or External Communication), topic (i.e., data or trading), etc.

All disclosures are made through the Circular Letters and External Communications webpage, where you will find the entire history of letters and communications issued by B3, including those currently in force. Circular Letters and External Communications are always published on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
