On B3 portal’s home page, a document type in the combo selection named “Approved Cash Payment Form” will be created in the “Listed Companies” section under “Material Information”.

The standardized payment forms will be available in this place. These are documents that listed companies currently submit to B3 whenever there is a cash payment approval (dividend, interest on own capital and capital reimbursement).

Upon delivery of this project, documents from all listed companies will be available on the B3 portal.

The listed companies themselves. Whenever they approve cash payments (dividend, interest on own capital and capital reimbursement) they must forward a standardized form to B3 containing data on said payments besides the approval act (minutes of meeting, board of directors meeting, material fact, etc.).

Once this project is completed, the forms will be available on the B3 portal. Follow the step by step to access the document:
On B3 portal’s home page click on “Quick access” and select the “Listed Companies” option. A document type in the combo selection named “Approved Cash Payment Form” will be created under “Material Information”.
