Inclusion of accounts and links with extended hours

Through this delivery, users may add new accounts from 12:00 AM on Monday to 11:59 PM on Friday. They will also have greater flexibility during this period to register links between accounts of investors who execute/settle their trades in more than one brokerage house.

The inclusion of accounts and the registration of links will be accepted during extended hours only through the BVBG.001 and BVBG.004 files with a limit of up to 4,000 registrations of new accounts and up to 4,000 entries of links between accounts.

Time Flexibility for Registration of Accounts and Links

Preparation of systems to receive files outside the opening hours of the Integrated Registration System - SINCAD. The goal is to meet market growth, allowing brokerage houses to register new accounts and link investor accounts any day of the week.

In a first phase, the expansion of the service will undergo a few restrictions related to the time and type of registration that can be done. But later users will be able to carry out registration on any day.

From Monday to Friday, SINCAD will remain open from 12:00 AM on Monday to 11:59 PM on Friday. From 6:00 AM until the end of the trade allocation process, entry of investor accounts and links can be carried out regularly via screen or via file.

Following the close-out of the trade allocation window, the system will remain closed for approximately 30 minutes and will reopen shortly thereafter to allow the submission of BVBG files for inclusion of accounts and links.

On each day of the extended hours, users will be able to send up to 4,000 files for the inclusion of accounts and up to 4,000 files for the entry of links.
