Greater autonomy, efficiency and security in asset reservation

In seeking to bring greater autonomy and efficiency to the market, B3 is revamping its Asset Distribution System (DDA). The DDA platform is a solution that enables the management of the entire reservation cycle for public offerings of shares and other securities in the listed segment.

The initiative brings new ways of interacting with the DDA, such as API and file uploads via screen, thus expanding operational flexibility while eliminating the need to use TXT and XML files, making the process simpler, standardized and transparent.

As part of the upgrade, the DDA platform will now have a reservation monitor, which consolidates data such as the date and time of registration processing, reservation identifier and origin of the request (screen, file or API) in a single environment, thus facilitating the control and traceability of transactions. Furthermore, the API solution will have a messaging service integrated into B3's e-watcher.

To promote a more fluid experience for users, this delivery consists of an evolved interface and a new way to post and cancel reservations via screen.

Reservation inclusion and cancellation • Via screen (individual): usability improvements in the format. • Via screen (batch): new format that allows for simplified upload of reservation files in CSV format directly on screen.

Report query • You can query consolidated reports at any time. They will replace the PRCA and BVBG.125.0 and CRCA and BVBG.128.01 files.

File monitoring • You can monitor data such as the date and time of registration processing, reservation identifier and request origin (screen, file or API) in a single environment, thus facilitating control and traceability of operations. This feature is exclusive to the DDA screen.

B3 public offering reservation API now allows the inclusion, cancellation and query of reservations in public offerings at any time. To use it, you need to have Custodian Agent credentials for the Asset Distribution System (DDA). There is no additional cost and the implementation is streamlined.
