B3 public offering reservation API now allows the inclusion, cancellation and query of reservations in public offerings at any time. To use it, you need to have Custodian Agent credentials for the Asset Distribution System (DDA). There is no additional cost and the implementation is streamlined.

e-Watcher — Real-time notifications for the DDA API: A service that automatically notifies participants about updates to their requests, eliminating polling and enabling faster and more cost-effective event-driven reconciliation.

This initiative introduces new ways to interact with DDA, such as API and file uploads via screen, increasing operational flexibility while eliminating the need to use TXT and XML files, making the process simpler, more standardized and transparent. Below find the list of discontinued files:

After the new solution is implemented in September 2026, users must indicate their readiness. If ready, B3 will register this information and will allow the user to post reservations via API and use new screens. Otherwise, participants will continue using the old files and screens.

Migration to the new flow can occur at any time after the solution is implemented, but must be completed by December 2026. After that date, using the new flow will be mandatory.

In April 2027 B3 will release version 2 and deactivate the CRCA, BVBG.128.01 (b3.259.01) files.
