Fixed Income Post-trade Solution - Phase II (Corporate Bonds)
New post-trade automation and upgrade service for Fixed Income assets.
The new service for Fixed Income assets, includes Public Securities, Debentures, Mortgage-Backed Securities (CRI), Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) and Close-end Fund Shares.
In the first phase, flows for federal securities traded on the TRADER trading platform were launched. Flow II expands this service to private securities Debentures, Mortgage-Backed Securities (CRI), Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) and Close-end Fund Shares) whose trading was carried out via TRADER platform.
Private securities post-trade services include allocation, pre-matching and integration into B3’s Fixed Income central depository for trade registration and settlement.
The services will be available by B3 to interested participants via Screen or Messaging.
