Learn about the scheduled updates for registration data flow in the SINCAD and NoMe systems

It is now mandatory to include the CPF number as an additional document when opening new accounts for Non-Resident Individual Investors (PF INR) with a CVM code. This change is currently being made in preparation for the generation of the CVM code by B3 for individuals who are non-resident investors (NRIs). The CPF requirement will ensure the correlation between the investor's history and the CVM codes assigned by both CVM and B3, when dealing with the same holder, thus reinforcing  data integrity and traceability.

Implementation of Access Registration - CVM Resolution No. 225 provides for a new External API exclusively for inclusion and change of the investor account registration of the "Access Registration" type. Accounts created through this API will receive a specific designation. However, if an account is subsequently updated using traditional methods, such as BVBG.003 or through screen changes, the designation will be removed.

  • NoMe Version – February 2025: Inclusion of a new Identification Document Type in the Investor Registration on the NoMe Platform

  • NoMe Version – April 2025: Implementation of Access Registration - CVM Resolution No. 225 provides for a new External API exclusively for inclusion and change of the investor account registration of the "Access Registration" type and inclusion of the "Access Registration" field in the investor query on screen.

  • With the implementation of CVM Resolution No. 225, B3 will provide an External API to serve the Listed and OTC segments, focusing on the inclusion of Resident Individual Investors exclusive to Access Registration. This API will allow the inclusion and change of data, and also the modification of the accounts (Listed) and investors (OTC) status.

  • Evolution of the Investor Registration change screen, covering the OTC segment, so that participants can make changes to investor registration, which are currently made by the “registration owner” with reference to searches conducted in external databases, with the latest  investor data being returned. An API will also be made available to make these changes in larger volumes, both for the Listed and OTC segments.

SINCAD – B3's Integrated Registration System – is a system designed to include and maintain data on investors, their accounts and their links, and data on professionals which will be used in B3’s trading and post-trade environments.

NoMe is B3's platform that provides infrastructure for the OTC market and offers several services such as asset registration, asset deposit, cash settlement, security interest, etc.
