B3 Service Portal Gets New Status Table
The improvement aims to provide greater visibility to processes and reduce interactions with the service team
With the goal of providing information that quickly translates into market intelligence, B3 has launched an improvement in project monitoring. From now on, clients who use the Service Portal can now rely on a Status table to provide greater clarity and visibility on the progress of requests.
The improvement arose from monitoring the clients’ pain points where a lack of visibility in the progress of requests to their completion date was found. As well as providing quick visual information, the Status table contains a link to further details where clients can have an overview of their request.
With this one-off improvement, B3 hopes to provide greater clarity on deliveries thus meeting market demand and reducing the number of calls to the service team.
Soon new improvements will be launched on the portal bringing new on-screen alerts and resources to make your daily routine easier and more efficient.
