New Participant Onboarding Platform
B3’s new Participant Onboarding Platform will replace the Document Portal and will bring greater agility and transparency to it systems.
The new tool offers an intuitive and informative interface that will allow institutions to have greater control and autonomy over completing and entering documents, besides monitoring the process status and those responsible for it.

It should be noted that the data migrated to the new platform refers to the most recent completed requests on B3's Document Portal. For further details, please watch the video of the workshop held on 05/28/2025 at https://tvb3.com.br/video/nova-plataforma-de-onboarding/.
The migration of users from the former Document Portal (PDTec) to the new Platform, which will use the Unified Access System (CAU), was carried out exclusively for those who requested protocols on the Document Portal from January 2024:
- Users who already held a CAU credential received only the writing profile of the Onboarding Platform.
- Those who did not hold a CAU credential were notified by email, sent through [email protected], containing their username and temporary password, which must be restored upon first access to the Onboarding Platform via https://onboarding.b3.com.br.
- If a user does not have access, we recommend that they contact a privileged user at their institution.
It should be noted that the Onboarding platform is exclusively intended to register and update the registration of participating institutions. The entire process of registering offers for issuers will occur on the Issuer Services Portal (https://portaldeemissores.b3.com.br) as of 06/30/2025.
