This improvement aims to reduce bureaucracy in the current system for requesting transfer of listed assets to B3.
The process is now fully digitized and streamlined and it is no longer necessary to submit a letter with a physical signature.
Upon completion of the project, requests and approvals for new custody transfers, when brokerage houses and investors cannot do it directly via the system, will take place on the document portal, thus simplifying the flow and providing better visibility of the process status through Atende B3 services.

The total digitization of the process will enable faster completion of asset transfer and will eliminate some current requirements, such as the need to submit a letter and physical signature and requests and approvals via e-mail.
Fewer manual processes and interventions allow for greater standardization of processes and a lower volume of rejected requests.
The verification of the status through digital means without the need to notify B3 will provide better visibility to the process across all its phases.
In cases where the client is unable to request the transfer of assets, due to the current rules of the Central Depositary systems or current regulations, they must send a printed out, completed and signed form and, as necessary, with the acceptance of the carrying broker by e-mail or by calling the Atende B3 services.
Furthermore, requests are not standardized, which sometimes hinders and delays the completion of the process.
