In always seeking to provide accurate and transparent information to its investors, B3 is improving the BVBG.096 (CorporateActionCashReport) file used in the securities lending market to report data on corporate actions.
With this improvement, B3 will include in the BVBG.096 file the process number of the corporate action associated with each lending agreement. This initiative reinforces the transparency and predictability of the data provided to the market by B3, while reducing operational risks and the possibility of incorrectly linking actions to contracts.
The standardization of this data also facilitates the reconciliation and monitoring of corporate actions, making the flow more efficient, traceable and reliable for participants.

The BVBG.096 file, which is derived from the BVMF.194.01 message, will now include a field containing the process number of the corporate action associated with each lending agreement. This data will be available through the CorporateActionProcessIdentification (CorpActnPrcId) field, enabling faster and more accurate identification of the action to which the data refers.
