iMercado: Automation of Circularization Letter Process
The process for requesting, approving and sending circularization letters will be standardized.
B3 will automate the process related to circularization letters via iMercado to centralize the mechanisms for file requests, approvals and submissions.
The automation of circularization letters will meet audit procedures whereby asset positions of a company or fund are requested on a specific search date.
The goal is to reduce the information delivery time to auditors and mitigate operational risks, bringing greater safety to the process.

Automation of Circularization Letter Process
The process will be faster, more transparent and secure via iMercado Reconciliation.
Auditors may request via iMercado information about a specific company or fund on a specific date. Upon approval of the request by the user responsible for the company or fund, the IMBARQ file will be sent to the auditors with the client's information (file generation and posting will occur during overnight processing).
