Automated and standardized fixed income funding flow
B3 is developing a new platform to improve the operational flow of fixed income, while standardizing communications between distributors and issuers of Bank Certificates of Deposits (CDBs), Agribusiness Bills (LCA) and Real Estate Credit Bills (LCIs).
The system is cloud native and is capable of processing high volumes securely and integrated with B3’s Central Depository, thus simplifying and optimizing order entry flows, execution of trades control, and deposit of instruments.
The platform will centralize and distribute data, and automatically validate them, advance rules and deadlines, and match transactions, without any need for intermediation by B3.

New system standardizes asset distribution processes by centralizing the entire data flow.
1. The issuer registers its funding intention, either order by order or in lots, via upload of a txt/csv file or through API integration.
2. The distributor, in turn, quickly accesses the funding intentions, and may either consume the data directly on the platform or in an automated manner via streaming.
3. Both the issuer and distributor send funding updates via browser or API.
4. The issuer can confirm the transactions individually, in batches or automatically. It is possible to parameterize the products by issuer.
5. From then on, B3 takes over and finalizes the transaction, which is integrated into the NoMe system.
6. The issuer and the distributor receive the security ID and the code of the transaction carried out in the NoMe system.
7. The entire order, issuance and data flow on the transactions can be monitored live on the platform.
