As part of the improvements B3 has made to the Free of Payment Transfer (TSF) function in the NoMe system, market participants can now confirm change of custodian by the first business day after the trade is executed. Until now, confirmation was made immediately after the transaction.
This measure is implemented with the possibility of changing custodians without the need to change the carrying account, in cases where the account is managed by the same custodian, while the trade is pending approval.
The improvement is part of the Securities Transfer System (STVM) modernization project and brings greater flexibility for custodians to manage their clients' accounts.

The new functionality is valid for the Free of Payment Custody Transfer - Approval feature in the NoMe system.
The NoMe system guarantees the entire infrastructure for the OTC market, with solutions in financial assets, securities and Non-Centrally Cleared OTC derivatives, securities registration and deposit, valuation of instruments, trading, settlement, liens and encumbrances.
