B3 will provide real-time data on pre-trade limits to support brokerage houses that participate in negotiations in defining and monitoring the limits of their clients, namely, individual and corporate investors who hold the rights to traded securities and assume the risks of their trades.

Now, investors – investment fund managers and institutional investors, for example – will have direct access to this data via LINE system, without the need for intermediaries. Through APIs authenticated by B3, investors will be able to query their limits and consumption. The goal is to facilitate risk management, streamlining monitoring of risk exposure and data access for decision-making.
