Following discussions with the market, B3 has taken a few initiatives to encourage access to Novo Mercado. This move is aimed at developing the Brazilian capital market and enabling growth opportunities for companies.

From now on, the volume of offers is no longer a decisive factor for activating the listing board, i.e., the offer on Novo Mercado or Level 2 is no longer required to exceed BRL500 million in financial volume.

Furthermore, B3 now provides for the possibility of requesting listing or migration on a confidential basis, in line with CVM Resolution 809.

These early initiatives reflect B3's commitment to boosting Brazil’s capital market and make it more competitive.
