In order to speed up the process of issuing, canceling and directing assets in the primary ETF market, B3 is creating a modern message group to allow automation by admins and agents authorized to trade ETFs.
The goal is to bring more agility to the primary flow of ETFs by speeding up the issuance and cancelation of assets and facilitating communication between the parties involved - investors, Central Depository and the company's service team at B3.

What will change
New group of messages will enable automation by administrators and agents authorized to trade ETFs.
The new messages will be developed in XML format, will be submitted to ISO20022 and will cover the entire primary ETF issuance and cancelation flow, including the directing process (if any) and administrator approval, which is not included in the current flow. It should be noted that the messages will be developed and delivered in a single phase.
